**Key Responsibilities:**

· Graphic Design Mastery: Utilize your expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to create compelling designs.

· Print and Web Proficiency: Demonstrate a solid understanding of printing specifications and web design principles to ensure high-quality outputs.

· Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest design trends and continuously improve your design knowledge and skills.

· Brand Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support and elevate the Doolittle brand through creative and strategic design efforts.

· Creative Development: Design and produce brochures, flyers, graphics, and other marketing materials for both print and digital platforms.

· Apparel Design: Create stylish and marketable clothing designs for our online store.

· Merchandise Design: Develop innovative designs for Doolittle branded merchandise, including keychains, cups, lanyards, and more.

· Independent Workflow: Manage your projects and time effectively, working independently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality designs.

· Design Documentation: Keep detailed records of all designs created for the company to maintain a comprehensive design archive.

**Qualifications:**

· Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

· Basic photography skills

· Video editing and animation experience (Adobe Premiere, After Effects)

· Ability to think creatively and develop inovative design concepts

· Experience in designing brochures, flyers, posters, and other printed materials
